See you in 2026
As 2025 comes to a close, we want to thank our staff, clients, and suppliers for your support throughout the year. It’s been a big one, and we’re proud of what we’ve achieved together.
Across 2025, we delivered projects in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Singapore. From building decommissions and commercial fit-outs for fulfilment centres and delivery stations, to guardrail installs and smaller works like pallet conveyor removals and installs, the range of work reflects what this team is capable of when we back each other and get on with the job.
This year was not just about what we built, it was also about how we worked. Recently, our team came together for three days to reset for the year ahead, sharpen our focus on safety, and strengthen our understanding of the services we deliver. It was also a chance to strengthen connections across the group and celebrate a strong 2025.
2025 Staff Awards
NPSG Australia presented its 2025 inaugural annual awards at the recent staff retreat, where everyone came together to celebrate the year and look ahead to 2026. The awards recognise staff who set the standard in the way they work on site and support others. NPSG Australia thanks Summit Recruitment for sponsoring this year’s awards and supporting the recognition of our people.

The Economics of Ergonomics
Speaking broadly, ergonomics is the study of people in their workplaces. Speaking specifically, it is the science of designing environments to fit human needs. It is the cornerstone of safety, efficiency, and employee well-being and goes to the heart of modern logistics.
Join us in taking a positive step forward. October is Mental Health Month.
Asking R U OK? Any Day
Life doesn’t always follow the calendar. Stress, setbacks, and struggles don’t wait for special dates. That’s why R U OK? Day on Thursday 11 September is an important reminder, but the real power comes when we check in with each other any day.
Safety, Quality, and Culture: A Conversation with Fahad Ismail
We recently welcomed Fahad Ismail to NPSG Australia as our new Health, Safety & Quality Assurance Manager. He brings 15 years’ experience across major construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects in Qatar and Saudi Arabia, including a key leadership role on Riyadh’s groundbreaking Mukaab development. Fahad’s deep expertise in workplace safety, risk management, and compliance is matched by his passion for building proactive safety cultures. Now based in Melbourne, he has also volunteered his skills for global events such as the FIFA World Cup 2022. We sat down with Fahad for a Q&A.
Behind the Barrier: What It Takes to Install Guardrails in Commercial Warehouses
When people think about warehouse safety, they envision the final product and procedures: distinct yellow guardrails outlining pedestrian zones, bollards protecting infrastructure, and clear walkways ensuring the efficient flow of staff and stock. However, installing such barriers is far from simple, requiring a well-co-ordinated effort, one that is often carried out in a live evolving site.
The Power of Teamwork
At NPSG Australia, we are entering one of the busiest periods of the year. Teams are spread across Melbourne, Sydney and soon Brisbane, each focused on delivering complex projects within tight timeframes.
Our work revolves around logistics installation and outfitting, helping some of the world’s biggest retail and distribution brands improve efficiency, productivity and safety. From warehouse builds to fit outs and system installations, we support the spaces that keep supply chains moving.
It all comes down to teamwork.
Stepping up for Mental Health
On Friday 23 May, Tracey and Vicki joined around 3,000 trekkers for Coastrek Mornington Peninsula, choosing the 30km route through some of Victoria’s most stunning coastal trails, all in support of mental health.
World Day for Safety and Health at Work – 28 April
To mark the World Day for Safety and Health at Work on 28 April, NPSG Global is coming together to turn one day of awareness into a full week of safety-focused conversations across all project sites.
Teams across the Australia, USA, Canada and Europe will be kicking off each workday, and picking things up again after lunch, with toolbox talks aimed at keeping safety front and centre. These daily check-ins are a chance to pause, reflect, and refocus on what matters most: making sure everyone goes home safe.

Chris Coote and Jaiden Shaw are currently in Singapore, working on a 12-week project in Jurong East. While the work keeps them busy, they’re also adjusting to life in a new city, getting used to the tropical climate, trying local food, and making the most of their weekends to explore.

Raising money for Mental Health
In October NPSG Australia staff walked in solidarity for the 1 in 5 Australians who experience a mental illness each year.
Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them.
NPSG Australia staff took part in the One Foot Forward campaign to raise funds for the Black Dog Institute, so that they can put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
Well done to the 8 staff who walked a total of 1138kms raising $1122 for the Black Dog Institute.
