At NPSG Australia, career progression is about recognising the people who consistently invest in their development, support their teammates and contribute to the success of our business. As part of our twice-yearly promotion process, team members have the opportunity to take the next step in their careers.
We are pleased to celebrate the promotions of two team members whose efforts have been recognised.

Jack Carter's promotion to Senior Lead marks another milestone in a career spanning almost six years with NPSG Australia. During that time Jack has worked across more than 20 project sites throughout Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane, building extensive experience and becoming a trusted leader on site. Recognised for his technical knowledge, professionalism and willingness to support those around him, Jack has earned a reputation as someone the team can rely on. His promotion reflects not only his experience, but the leadership, consistency and high standards he demonstrates every day.

When Jimmy Podbury joined NPSG Australia earlier this year, he wasted no time making a positive impact. Working across project sites in Sydney, he has embraced opportunities to build his technical skills and broaden his experience. His willingness to learn and proactive approach have seen him take on new challenges with confidence. Through ongoing training, active involvement in team meetings and a genuine commitment to learning, Jimmy has earned his promotion to Senior Tech.

"Our staff are the heartbeat of our business, and it's always rewarding to see them develop as individuals and be recognised for their hard work," said Tracey Wester, Managing Director of NPSG Australia. "Jack and Jimmy have both earned these promotions through their commitment and we're proud to support their continued growth and career development."
National Project Manager Jesse Palmer said both promotions were well deserved. "Jack is a fountain of knowledge and someone the team can always rely on for his experience and support," Jesse said. "Jimmy has come into the business with a great attitude and a real willingness to learn. Both have earned the respect of their colleagues through the way they approach their work every day, and these promotions are a reflection of that."
